Paprika oleoresin

Paprika oleoresin (pia inajulikana kama dondoo ya paprika na oleoresin paprika) ni dondoo mumunyifu wa mafuta kutoka kwa matunda ya Capsicum annuum au Capsicum frutescens, na hutumiwa kimsingi kama rangi na/au ladha katika bidhaa za chakula.
